Education, health, corruption, strict law for rapists

According to me, education should be free for everyone, medical care should be free for everyone, corrupt officers should be suspended forever. No advocate should be able to file a case for rapists if they are found guilty and rapists should be punished, we should make such an application for the public through which they can do our work.
